Job Description
Universal Study is on the lookout for a dedicated Front Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact at our office. The right candidate will excel in managing the front desk and reception area, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to support marketing and customer service efforts, directing phone calls appropriately, maintaining visitor logs, and organizing office supplies and equipment efficiently.
