Job Description
We are seeking a professional, organized Front Desk Receptionist (female) living near ECR, OMR, Velachery, Adyar, or Thiruvanmiyur, willing to travel. Prior experience in aesthetic or cosmetic clinics is highly preferred.
- Responsibilities: welcome clients, manage phone inquiries and appointments, process payments and maintain records, keep the reception area presentable, and support sales conversion by promoting treatments and packages.
- Requirements: high school diploma, 1–2 years of front desk or customer service experience (healthcare/aesthetics preferred), proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software, strong communication and multitasking skills; English, Tamil, and Hindi preferred.
