Job Description

Stayhomestays Pvt Ltd is looking for a courteous and professional Front Office Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will manage check-ins and check-outs, address inquiries and reservations, and ensure a seamless and hospitable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist guests.
  • Manage inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with various departments.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
  • Adhere to exceptional hospitality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹18,00/month
