Job Description
NS Kumbar Art is on the lookout for a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to oversee our front desk operations and provide vital administrative support. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring efficient office functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly manner.
- Answer and route phone calls with professionalism.
- Manage appointments and address front desk inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services.
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
