Job Description
NOVO Medi Sciences Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Front Desk Management: Welcome and guide visitors.
- Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Visitor Coordination: Maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Office Coordination: Oversee couriers and office supplies.
- Meeting Support: Schedule and manage conference room bookings.
- Mail Management: Sort and distribute daily mail.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to ₹25,00.00/month | Benefits: Provident Fund | Schedule: Day shift.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
