Job Description
Join our esteemed team at Lotus Eye Hospital & Institute as a Front Desk Receptionist! We are looking for a committed individual to warmly greet and assist patients, register them according to established protocols, and maintain the accuracy of patient information, including billing details.
Your key responsibilities will include managing patient records, scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area. A solid understanding of medical office procedures and confidentiality is essential for this role.
Preferred experience is 1-2 years. This position is located in Sitra, Coimbatore, and applicants with any degree will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month, along with benefits including a Provident Fund.
