The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, possessing excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly.
- Manage phone calls and email correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle mail and packages.
- Support data entry and administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience, MS Office proficiency, fluent in English and Hindi, high school diploma required.
