Job Description
Sri Sri Wellbeing is seeking a qualified Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree or diploma in healthcare administration and possess 3-5 years of experience in a reception role. Proficiency in English and Tamil, alongside strong customer service and sales skills, is required.
The selected individual will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing patient records, and collaborating with doctors and therapists. Knowledge of Ayurveda and Panchakarma is advantageous.
This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary of ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00, health insurance, and paid time off. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Kilpauk, Chennai.
