Job Description
Healing Hands Clinic is inviting applications for the position of Front Desk Executive. In this crucial role, you will warmly welcome and assist patients both in person and via phone while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and safeguarding the confidentiality of all patient information to support our medical staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is required. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month.
Additional benefits include a Provident Fund, overtime pay, performance bonuses, and an annual bonus.
