Job Description
Crown Veterinary Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Executive. The EMR Receptionist will play a vital role in delivering outstanding client services while managing electronic medical records (EMR), scheduling appointments, and assisting our veterinary team. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with prior experience in veterinary or medical environments.
Key responsibilities include welcoming clients, addressing inquiries, updating patient information in EMR, and managing billing processes. Strong proficiency in office software and excellent communication skills are essential. A passion for animals and a compassionate attitude are necessary attributes for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹35,00 per month
