Job Description
Rashmi Metaliks Limited is on the lookout for a Front Desk Associate to serve as the initial contact for our visitors and clients. This position involves overseeing front desk operations, handling phone calls, warmly welcoming guests, and assisting with various office tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet guests and manage incoming communications.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative duties to ensure a well-organized reception area.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; prior experience in a reception role is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, including benefits such as health insurance and leave encashment.
