About the Role: The freelance soft skills trainer at Naandi Foundation will be responsible for conducting interactive training sessions for underprivileged students. The primary goal is to enhance employability and life skills in students, aiding them to succeed in academic and professional life. The trainer will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining training records and to deliver quality training which aligns with Naandi’s vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to foster employability and life skills in underprivileged students.
- Make sure the training is interactive and effective.
- Ensure that the training aligns with Naandi’s goals and achieves the learning outcome.
- Maintain up-to-date attendance records, contact details, and assessment sheets of the students.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the students and provide feedback.
- Only use lesson plans provided by Naandi and do not share it with external parties.
- Return all lesson plans, course materials, and handouts to Naandi after project completion.
- Coordinate and have transparent communication with State Representative throughout the project.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Prior experience in teaching/training (particularly with underprivileged students).
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage the students with the lesson plan provided
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Regional Language.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite(Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, Google Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to Naandi’s vision and mission
Contract Details:
Job Type: Freelance
Duration: Till 31st March, 2026
Remuneration: Rs. 500 per hour
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In Person
Note: This position might require the trainer to travel within Tamil Nadu for various training projects.
