Job Description
Spixar Technologies is looking for a committed Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring efforts for sales, marketing, and operations roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely hiring decisions. This is a remote position with competitive incentives offered for each successful hire.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month
Expected Hours: 14 hours per week
Schedule: Rotational shifts
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in HR and Recruiting.
