Job Description
UPTALENT is currently seeking a skilled Shift Incharge to join our foundry team in Rishra. This full-time position requires 5-6 years of experience in DI/CI/steel foundries, along with a diploma or ITI in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or Foundry Technology.
The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing melting operations, moulding, and pouring processes, ensuring compliance with quality control and safety standards. Key duties include monitoring melting parameters, supervising shop floor personnel, and collaborating with the maintenance team to reduce downtime.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹40,00.00 to ₹50,00.00 per month.
