Job Description
Kolo, a fast‑growing platform helping homeowners plan, design, and build dream homes, seeks a Founder’s Office Associate to support founders on strategy, operations, and high‑impact projects.
- Responsibilities: analysis, reports and dashboards, basic financial modeling, market research, presentations, cross‑team coordination, and follow‑ups.
- Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience; Finance/MBA/CA preferred; strong analytical thinking; advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint; excellent communication; high ownership in a fast‑paced startup.
