- Manage communications, presentations, and correspondence for the Founders.
- Record meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
- Analyze business challenges and convert them into actionable plans.
- Support the execution of business strategies and identify potential growth avenues.
- Oversee projects that require intervention from the Founders.
