Job Description
We are hiring for a waste recycling facility and seeking a skilled Footwear Recycling Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in footwear production, including knowledge of materials like EVA, PVC, PU, TPR, and Rubber. Your role will involve sorting footwear waste and spearheading R&D for a sustainable footwear future.
Responsibilities include overseeing sorting processes, training staff, maintaining quality control, and conducting material research. Strong collaboration with industry stakeholders will also be key.
We offer a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of up to ₹35,00. Day shifts and performance bonuses are included.
