Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring excellent guest service and efficient daily performance. Responsibilities include upselling food and beverages, order management, inventory control and stock requisition, shift planning, and FOH/BOH coordination. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety compliance, functioning equipment, product quality, display standards, daily product updates, cash deposits, and staff onboarding. Respond promptly to customer complaints, ensure a consistent guest experience, and promote a positive team culture.
- Requirements: Diploma/degree in Hotel Management (mandatory); strong communication skills; age 19–30.
- Salary: ₹240,00–₹320,00 per year.
- Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Benefits: Health & life insurance, provident fund, paid time off, paid sick leave, leave encashment.
- Location: On-site (in person).
