Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Food & Beverages Executive to lead outlet operations, elevate guest experience, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent service standards while optimizing cost and quality.
- Oversee daily F&B operations, supervise and develop staff, and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate menus, supplier relationships, and quality control; implement cost-control measures and budgeting.
- Monitor performance metrics, address guest feedback, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
Requirements: Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Management, minimum 2 years F&B experience, strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and customer service skills.
