Job Description
We are seeking a courteous, professional Food & Beverage Service Associate to uphold ibis service standards across all F&B outlets. Duties include rotating through dining areas, knowing hotel services and menus, executing opening and closing procedures, recommending and upselling items, maintaining a tidy workstation, monitoring supplies, and handling guest inquiries and complaints with supervisor follow-up. Hospitality experience and operational knowledge are preferred. The ideal candidate is energetic, service-oriented, a collaborative team player, and able to multitask with flexibility and attention to detail.
