Job Description

Hotel City Palace is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Food and Beverage Assistant. The ideal candidate should have experience in kitchen handling, grocery purchasing, food serving, storage, and customer service. A graduate in any field with a pleasant personality, neat dressing, and knowledge of bar operations is preferred. Candidates with a Hotel Management Certificate (Diploma or Degree) are at an advantage. Proficiency in Malayalam is essential as the role involves managing staff and working under pressure.
