Job Description
CEE PEE SUZUKI is currently looking for a dedicated Floor Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will greet customers, diagnose issues with their two-wheelers, and prepare comprehensive work orders. Effective communication with technicians, scheduling service appointments, and managing workshop workflow are crucial components of this position. Additionally, you will address customer complaints, provide maintenance recommendations, and identify opportunities for additional services.
