Job Description

Mars Tech Engineering Solutions is seeking a skilled Fitter with hands-on experience in steel fabrication for marine hulls, piping, and vessel structures. The role includes cutting, bending, shaping and assembling steel plates and pipes; assisting welders with alignment and fit‑up; reading engineering drawings and isometrics; fitting piping systems, supports and brackets; and operating grinders, gas cutters and drills. Candidates must ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with marine standards.

• Understanding of fabrication techniques, measurement and alignment
• Familiarity with basic welding processes (MIG/ARC/TIG assist level)
• Yard safety awareness; ITI or Diploma in Fitter/Fabrication/Mechanical preferred
• Full-time permanent, on-site; Pay ₹8,086–₹26,00/month; health insurance
