Job Description
As an Associate 2 at State Street, you will be responsible for preparing a Portfolio of Investments and monthly marketing literature, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Your tasks will include:
- Compiling regulatory reports such as Form N-MFP
- Performing detailed checks on typeset documents
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of relevant services
- Managing timelines and escalating issues to Senior Associates or Officers
- Completing all SOPs and checklists accurately
- Leveraging automation and technology effectively
- Volunteering for ad-hoc projects and last-minute requests
- Providing on-the-job training to ensure activity coverage
