Job Description
Pranav Creations Pvt Ltd, a leading wholesaler of women’s ethnic wear, is looking for a proactive Financial Advisor. In this role, you will manage payment collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain professional communication to resolve payment issues.
- Negotiate payment plans for customers in financial distress.
- Update payment statuses in the company database.
- Collaborate with the accounts team for reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 1 year of experience in payment recovery preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
