Job Description
Holy Family Hospital in Bandra is seeking a dedicated Finance Counsellor to assist patients and their families in navigating billing processes. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on payment options, support TPA billing, prepare estimation letters and package offers, and ensure the accuracy of patient billing files.
This full-time position requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, leadership abilities, and excellent organizational capabilities. Working hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM and 11 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility during leave periods.
The monthly salary ranges from ₹25,00.00 to ₹30,00.00, along with health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
