Job Description
Peak Performance Advisors (OPS) PVTLTD is seeking a Finance and Operations Associate to support our finance management, HR operations, and administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background with basic HR operational skills, including payroll management and document verification.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance Operations: Invoice generation, GST filing, bank reconciliation, and timely payment coordination.
2. HR Operations: Payroll activities, document verification, and employee insurance follow-ups.
3. Administrative Duties: Coordinating across retail, IT, and sports sectors.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month
