Job Description
Soham Talent Link Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated Field Sourcing Agents (FSA) to operate at the grassroots level. You will identify and onboard candidates from rural or semi-urban areas while building and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include contract management, assessing and shortlisting candidates, and cold calling potential clients.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is day shift. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ranjangaon Ganpati, Pune, Maharashtra.
