Job Description
Dream Home Financial Services is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Officer to lead on-site weekend sales (Saturday and Sunday) and manage weekday customer and bank visits. The role requires strong client engagement, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up with lending partners to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Handle walk-ins and explain products; meet clients at homes/offices
- Collect and verify documents, initiate logins, track sanctions and disbursements
- Manage leads, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, and prepare reports
- Maintain accurate records and provide end-to-end customer support
Full-time; pay ₹16,00–₹18,00/month. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years back-office coordinator experience, Marathi. Location: Pune H.O., Pune, Maharashtra. In-person work.
