Job Description
Boche Tea is looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Field Sales Officer to enhance our dynamic sales team. In this position, you will take charge of meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and executing promotional activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to retail and wholesale outlets.
- Promote and sell products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure products are readily available and prominently displayed.
- Expand our market reach by onboarding new retailers.
Eligibility: Candidates must be graduates with 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG. A two-wheeler is required.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month plus benefits.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
