Job Description
Vishnu HR Solution is seeking motivated Field Sales Executives with strong persuasive communication, objection-handling, and selling skills. Open to graduates or high school candidates with 0–3 years’ experience (FMCG preferred).
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sales volume and manage distribution.
- Install and maintain corporate hangers/shelving.
- Achieve daily call and productivity targets.
- Plan and maintain cost-effective coverage to maximize results.
Requirements: fluency in the local language with satisfactory English, own two-wheeler, and a valid driving license. Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Salary: INR 12,00–14,00. Locations: Shyamnagar, Khilkapur, Barasat, Goghat, Abambagh (West Bengal).
