Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking dedicated Field Executives to join our team. In this role, you will manage client portfolios, assist in payment recovery, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have completed their higher secondary education (+2) or above. Freshers and experienced candidates from the microfinance industry (MFI) are welcome to apply, with a maximum age limit of 30 years.
The starting salary for freshers is ₹12,00, with potential to increase to ₹20,860 upon confirmation. Additional benefits include incentives, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and more.
This is a full-time position based in Ramanattukara and is open exclusively to male candidates.
