Job Description
We are seeking committed Field Officers to effectively manage client portfolios and support payment recovery efforts. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records while complying with legal regulations.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of a +2 education and be under 30 years of age, applicable to both fresh graduates and those with Microfinance Institution (MFI) experience. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month, with potential salary increments following two months of training for freshers. Additional benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and a provident fund.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Positions are available in Koyilandy, and we encourage applications from male candidates only.
