Job Description
We are seeking motivated Field Executives to oversee client portfolios and facilitate effective payment recovery. Key responsibilities include maintaining precise financial records and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications: All applicants must possess a minimum of a grade 12 education, with an age limit of 30 years for fresh graduates and candidates with Microfinance Institution (MFI) experience.
We offer a competitive salary package starting at ₹12,00 for the first two months, which will increase to ₹20,860 upon successful confirmation. Additional benefits include unlimited incentives, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), gratuity, life insurance, and flexible working hours.
