Job Description
DON BOSCO Tech Society is seeking a dedicated Field Officer to join our team. This position is available for one individual per location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the skill livelihood program training framework and guidelines.
- Identify local areas for beneficiary mobilization.
- Map and assess target regions for engagement.
- Input data into relevant software systems.
- Engage with beneficiaries and trainers for enrollment purposes.
- Track alumni progress and devise mobilization strategies.
- Willingness to travel (including interstate and interdistrict).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of community mobilization experience.
- Strong networking skills with local stakeholders.
Salary: Up to ₹15,00 per month, inclusive of benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund.
