Responsibilities:
- Visit delinquent clients for B2B payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve customer account issues.
- Provide excellent service and maintain professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
- Handle documentation and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience in B2B payment collections.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent and effective time management.
- Basic computer skills.
