Job Description
Bharat Fincare is looking for a dynamic and meticulous Female Telecaller to enhance our team. The successful candidate will manage leads generated through digital marketing efforts, assess clients’ creditworthiness by reviewing essential documentation, and develop credit scoring models to forecast potential risks.
Your key responsibilities will include evaluating loan requests for approval or rejection based on credibility, determining interest rates, negotiating loan terms, and conducting collection calls to update customers on their payments.
