Job Description
Access Infotrendz is looking for a committed Feedback & Relations Executive to enhance our team’s efforts. In this vital role, you will be responsible for collecting digital feedback from patients during discharge and ensuring that resources are multilingual to improve the patient experience.
Your tasks will include generating monthly performance reports by department, identifying key areas for improvement, and contributing to the enhancement of our hospital’s reputation. Additionally, you will effectively map the patient discharge workflow.
Job Type: Part-time, Entry-level
Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
Expected Hours: 30 hours per week
