Job Description
River House, a five-room bungalow in Periyar, seeks a hospitable, patient, and team-oriented Lead Guest-Facing Dining Associate to oversee all dining interactions and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Greet guests, record requests and feedback, serve meals, and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Attend briefings, coordinate and motivate the dining team, and log guest feedback accurately.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam; strong interpersonal and leadership skills required.
- Preferred: 5+ years in hotels/restaurants/cafés and hotel management training.
- Full-time, permanent role. Accommodation and meals provided; option of four days off per month.
- Compensation: ₹18,00–₹20,00 per month.
