Job Description
AIM ELECTRICAL CONTROLS INDIA PVT LTD is seeking a Factory Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position in the Electrical industry targeted at freshers.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare work schedules
- Supervise daily production activities
- Monitor and adjust production processes
- Lead and manage a team of workers
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Manage materials and inventory levels
- Coordinate with procurement to minimize waste
- Ensure production equipment is maintained
Qualifications:
- 10th Grade, Diploma or Any Degree
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
