Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Factory Compliance Executive at Aparajitha Corporate Services Ltd. This position is for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience and a qualification of any Graduate or MBA.
Salary: ₹25,00 to ₹30,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Contract Labour Act & Rules and other labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ESI, and timely statutory payments.
- Assist clients with queries and inspections by authorities.
- Coordinate compliance activities across PAN India.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
Fluency in Hindi is a must. This is a full-time position located in-person.
