Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Factory Assistant to provide crucial administrative support and manage front-desk reception duties at our facility. This position is vital as it serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate factory records and documentation.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Manage inventory and assist with procurement tasks.
- Liaise with vendors for facility maintenance.
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols.
