Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor relationships to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. Key duties include coordinating preventive maintenance, managing contractors, supervising facilities staff, monitoring budgets and service contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing operational reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of facilities or operations experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems
- CFM or related facility management certifications preferred
