Job Description
Formula Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Executive to oversee housekeeping quality audits, repair and maintenance of Service Apartments, and inventory management for our newly serviced locations. Candidates must have their own conveyance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping quality audit of Service Apartments
- Repair & Maintenance of Service Apartments
- Inventory management of New Serviced Apartments
- Demand/Issue of Cleaning materials
- Admin matters of housekeeping staff
- Monthly performance report of Housekeeping Staff
- Furnishing of apartments
- Procurement & Vendor management
Skills Required:
The Facility Executive will provide specialized services to Corporate Housing, ensuring timely and effective solutions to client issues.
