Job Description

Location: Jyotiba Nagar, Talawade, Pune
Salary: Based on interview performance, ranging from ₹18,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the fabrication team to ensure quality output.
- Interpret technical drawings and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee production schedules, safety practices, and equipment maintenance.
- Resolve fabrication issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a fabrication supervisor (required).
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, and safety protocols.
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Fabrication is preferred.
Work Schedule: Day shift
