Job Description
In this role, you will manage data entry, verify documentation, and ensure accurate transaction completion to meet client SLAs. Tasks include premium reconciliation and resolving complex issues per guidelines. Both undergraduates and postgraduates are welcome to apply.
Key requirements: excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and experience with data entry and MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
This is a permanent night shift position (Monday-Friday, 6 PM – 4 AM IST) with potential overtime.
