Job Description
We are seeking an Export Documentation Executive with 1–3 years of experience and any degree. The role requires managing export procedures and preparing pre- and post-shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping details, GSP/Certificate of Origin, letters of credit (L/C), eBRC, airway bills/bills of lading, and proforma/sales invoices. The incumbent will coordinate with customs clearing and forwarding agents and handle customs, bank, and insurance formalities. Candidates must be proficient in export processes, customs regulations, and export incentive schemes, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
