Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EXIM Coordinator to oversee export-import operations, customs clearance, documentation, and logistics coordination. The role requires preparation of shipping documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists), liaison with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
- Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and optimize transportation and clearance costs.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams via ERP and MS Office tools.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements: 2+ years in international trade, knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures, strong communication skills, attention to detail. Bahasa and English proficiency preferred.
