Job Description
Vashi Integrated Solutions is looking for a dedicated Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, facilitate technical support with our principal company, and provide essential assistance for our solar products. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering, accompanied by 1-3 years of technical support experience in the solar industry.
We require candidates to possess foundational knowledge of solar PV systems, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential, alongside a customer-focused mindset.
