Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and agents effectively.
- Handle B2B and B2C calls, providing prompt responses via WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate meetings and support B2B product development initiatives.
- Generate business analysis and MIS reports.
- Implement daily promotions and track team progress.
- Manage technological systems and maintain the company website.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in the tourism industry, a bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and exceptional communication skills are required.
